Event Sales and Administration Manager

The role combines sales leadership, client relationship management, and administrative coordination to ensure our events and internal processes run at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage event enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
* Create tailored proposals, quotes, and event packages for clients
* Build and maintain relationships with repeat and high-value clients
* Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation
* Track and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and occupancy targets
* Oversee bookings and event calendar, CRM, and ticket management
* Coordinate contracts, invoices, and payment schedules with clients
* Liaise with venue managers, kitchen/bar teams, and suppliers to ensure event details are delivered flawlessly
* Support financial reporting by tracking event budgets, expenses, and income
About You:
* Proficient in CRMs, booking platforms, and Microsoft/Google Office Suites
* 3+ years in event sales, venue management, or hospitality operations
* Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Passion for hospitality, customer experience, and event execution excellence
