We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who possesses high-level customer service skills with a good working knowledge of supporting students throughout their studies.
**The Role**
This important role will be the primary contact for all online and off-site students to help guide and support them throughout their student-learning journey.
**Key Tasks include**:
- Acting as the first point of contact, providing high level, professional customer service to students
- Handle all aspects of the student progression process; issuing work placement packs, dealing with student complaints and problems, encouraging re-enrolment, providing congratulatory course completion calls etc.
- Meeting and exceeding individual KPI targets in relation to stakeholder contact and student success
- Implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems, to ensure all quality and compliance requirements are met and exceeded within the department
- Ensuring the accurate and efficient use of systems including CRM, VETtrak and LMS
**Your skills and experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer-centric or service oriented role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Student Management Systems (eg VETtrak) highly desired
- Previous experience in RTO/education sector highly desired
