ABOUT THE ROLE…
We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Merchandise Planner to join our team based at our Alexandria Head Office. This role involves (but is not limited to):
* Proposing insight led trade and range recommendations with data quantified impact
* Working with Brand to ensure accurate Sales and Margin Forecasting and Budgeting
* Managing Buy critical path including OTB reconciliation process
* Determining and executing promotions/markdowns for D2C channels
* Overseeing product distribution and inventory health analysis for all sales channels
This role will see you working closely with the brand teams to ensure optimum product levels, assortment and promotional strategy is managed to grow the business profitability.
This is a busy and dynamic role ideal for an individual that has a genuine passion for product and the brand purpose that has a desire to deliver a best-in-class merchandise planning service.
ABOUT YOU…

* Minimum 4 years experience in a Merchandise Planner role, achieving Margin and Stock KPIs
* Established ability delivering meaningful product insights to achieve results
* Articulate and confident verbal and written communication skills. Sound negotiation skills.
* Proven exposure working with Excel at an advanced level
* Able to work independently and communicate effectively to ensure deadlines are met
* High attention to detail, with an organised and methodical approach to work
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute towards a dynamic team environment
* Unrestricted working entitlements in Australia
