About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director of a leading real estate group operating across Warragul and Drouin. The Director also holds the position of Regional Director, requiring a dynamic and adaptable professional to provide executive, administrative, and operational support. This is a pivotal role within the business, acting as the Director’s right hand to ensure smooth daily operations, alignment of priorities, and the highest level of professionalism across two thriving offices. You will be responsible for: Managing the Director’s diary, scheduling, travel, and correspondence Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and confidential briefing materials Act as the main point of contact between the Director, team members, and stakeholders Oversee administration and coordination across Warragul and Drouin offices Liaise with sales, property management, and admin teams to support business initiatives Assist in organising events, training, meetings, and performance reviews Coordinate regional commitments, reporting requirements, and project deadlines Provide support for special projects, including business acquisitions and strategic initiatives Key Skills & Competencies: 3 years’ experience in a PA, EA, or high-level administrative role (real estate experience highly desirable but not essential) Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Professional, proactive, and discreet with a high level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive matters.
