Bring your expertise and passion to a team where HSE is a genuine priority and where you can have a real positive influence. This role is integral to help support and guide a team with a mature HSE culture on modern risk management practices and an evolution to Safety 2.0 principles.
Essential Responsibilities:-
- Work closely with frontline and management team driving HSE excellence across a business where everyone is responsible for HSE.
- Coach and mentor supervisors and managers on building a robust HSE culture and accountability for HSE in their areas.
- Work closely with local and regional HSE teams as well as SME on specific risks relating to a Oil & Gas supply base.
- Provide support to and participate in emergency response arrangements, including the development and maintenance of procedures and training.
- Develop and deliver HSE awareness and workforce engagement programmes as required.
- Focus on the Health aspects of HSE especially mental health promotion among the site.
Requirements
- NEBOSH or Cert 4 in OHS Certificate or equivalent or
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Min 5-10 of working experience related with HSE background
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
