Infinite Consulting is seeking 2 talented Senior Project Managers – Cyber Security for our esteemed Federal Government Client.
This is a 12 months initial contract with 2 × 12 months extensions further based on funding and approval.
About the role :
Two Senior Project Managers are required to deliver multiple cyber related projects within the Client's ICT cyber security environment.
Key duties and responsibilities
Managing, delivering and monitoring projects that may have an organisation-wide impact.
Developing, managing and implementing project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency's project management framework and consider project interdependencies.
Contribute to project design, governance arrangements and operational integration.
Ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget.
Research, review and evaluate projects in specific operational or technical areas including Cyber Security.
Prepare and review written material including business cases, plans, reports and executive briefs and corporate documentation.
Undertake budget management, monitor expenditure and oversee procurement and contract management.
Identify, assess, manage, elevate, report and monitor project risks, issues and benefits, including developing treatment strategies.
Essential Criteria :
5 years' experience as a Project Manager in an ICT or Cyber Security role.
Demonstrated experience and ability to run multiple projects in tight timeframes.
Experience liaising with managed service providers, department staff, third-party vendors and relevant business areas.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the Essential Eight – highly desirable.
