Position Overview
We're looking for caring and dedicated Boarding Supervisors to join our boarding community. Multiple positions are available on full‐time, part‐time or casual contracts depending on your availability.
As a Boarding Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety and daily routines of our boarding students. You'll join a supportive team of committed staff who work together in partnership with parents to create the best possible living and learning experience for every student in our care.
Your warmth, patience and ability to build positive, trusting relationships with young people will help every student feel included, valued and confident. You'll demonstrate strong communication skills, good judgement and a calm, approachable manner when guiding students through daily routines and challenges.
In this role, you'll foster a sense of belonging and responsibility by promoting respectful behaviour, encouraging independence and helping students develop essential life skills in a supportive and structured environment. You'll be proactive, dependable and able to respond sensitively to the individual needs of students, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in a child care or educational setting is desirable.
* Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with parents, staff and students.
* Physical ability to assist students with mobility and daily activities as required.
* Commitment to child safety and responsible conduct, including a paid Blue Card before commencement.
