You will be assisting the client with his care, independence and day-to-day support within his own home, working closely with a supportive and experienced care team.The client is a 20-year-old gentleman with cerebral palsy.
He lives with his lovely family in Horsham and enjoys the company of others.
He is very sociable and has a great sense of humour.
He enjoys watching and talking about football, going out and meeting people and playing on his Playstation at home.
He uses a wheelchair in the community but can manage short distances with support and a walking aid.What does the role offer you?
