We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to lead and supervise workshops, operators, and contractors onsite. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with planning and implementation of maintenance services strategies, supporting the workshop team with tooling, technical advice, manning, and maintenance administration.
Responsibilities include responding to breakdowns in a timely manner and promoting and enhancing our Zero Harm culture. To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent mechanical aptitude, a positive and proactive approach to safety, a commitment to working as part of a team, and a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service.
The ideal candidate will have Loader RII (and relevant experience operating), HC Licence, Dangerous Goods Accreditation, and previous work history and experience as a site leading hand managing crews.
