JDC Drilling is an RC drilling company based in Southern Cross, WA, known for safety, reliability, and results. We’re seeking experienced RC Drillers for an immediate start, with ongoing work on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth.

Responsibilities and Requirements
Experienced Drillers must have the ability to run a rig independently and lead a crew
Robust mechanical ability — able to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair rig systems
Ability to read and interpret drill plans, logs, and geological data
Commitment to safety and a positive safety culture
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, adaptable, and able to work long hours in remote conditions
All Applicants Must Have:
- Current HR-B driver’s licence
- Valid National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Fitness and endurance for remote and physically demanding conditions
