What is important is that you will bring a tenacious attitude and have alignment with our company purpose to "Make Everyday Better".**About you**We are seeking candidates that have:* Experience working in a Senior Project Management role, preferably within the Defence acquisition space.* Knowledge (PMBOK) and its application, the Defence project management environment (and Defence methodologies), and PM2.* Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.**Essential Criteria:*** Relevant or related engineering and/or project management qualification including accreditation with a recognised professional body.* A current Australian Government security clearance at NV1 level or higher and be eligible to access information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).While not essential, candidates will be highly regarded if they possess the following:* Led projects within NSSG, CASG and/or RAN.* Exposure to requirements definition and the management of procurement activities.**What we offer**A career with Beca will provide you with:* Flexibility & Wellbeing: We recognise that achieving a work-life balance is unique to everyone.
