Project Engineer Role

The Project Engineer is responsible for coordinating on-site construction engineering activities to ensure timely planning and programming. You will have the opportunity to develop your skillset in structure, finishes, facade and services.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist in technical review of plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Prepare monthly reports to monitor project progress.
* Attend project meetings as required to stay informed about project developments.
* Manage the administration of site registers to maintain accurate records.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues.
* Support the Site Manager in program activities to ensure projects are delivered on time.
* Provide input around procurement issues to ensure effective decision-making.


Requirements

* Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, or trade qualification with significant construction experience.
* Residential experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Demonstrated knowledge of construction methodology, project management principles and project delivery methods.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Good commercial acumen and analytical thinking to drive business decisions.
