* Managing and responding to the shared email inbox on a daily basis
* Submitting cost claims and quotations in a timely manner
* Handling customer complaints professionally and effectively
* Gathering and maintaining data from internal systems
* Ensuring tools and materials align with planned works

* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role with a strong customer focus
