Description We currently have an opportunity for Accommodation Receptionist. Join our Base and Estate Management team and play a key role in assisting with day to day running of accommodation and room bookings. Reporting to the Cleaning and Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities) This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Maintaining Reservation Booking Systems Ensuring room information is up to date in real time Relay information to cleaning and housekeeping personnel to ensure all requests are responded too Perform the daily accommodation and reception desk services Handle customer queries and requests within suitable time frames Ensure accurate filing and record keeping are maintained What You’ll Bring (experience required) Certificate II in Business Administration or relevant industry experience in a similar role Pleasant out-going personality and positive attitude Experience with a Reservation Management System (desirable) Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian Citizenship Mandatory) More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
