What's the role?
Work in the contact centre within our state-of-the-art Adelaide HQ.
Be part of a team of dedicated specialists who support News Corp Australia's subscriber customers for our digital and print products.
Provide support over phone and webchat to our customers about their account and our products.
Display care and acknowledgement of customers thoughts and concerns making them feel heard and understood.
Confidently and positively talk customers through what we can do for them.
Give the customer product options and educate to enhance the value they get from us.
Work efficiently through every interaction using Salesforce to accurately transact for the customer.
Work towards KPIs and goals focusing on our Customer Advocacy program.
The contact centre is open Mon-Fri 6:30 am to 5:30 pm with an earlier finish on weekends.
Your hours will be rostered within these times.
Who are you?
You are available to work on a rotating roster.
A confident problem solver and communicator – both verbal and written.
You take pride in facilitating an outstanding customer experience.
Using new digital products and systems comes naturally to you.
Calm in the face of change and pressure.
Preferred experience in a Customer Service, Sales or Retention environment.
