Onboarding Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Onboarding Support Specialist to play a crucial role in supporting new franchise partners through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide new franchise partners through the onboarding process, providing comprehensive support and training to ensure a successful start.
* Oversee the completion of all necessary documentation and compliance requirements during the onboarding phase.
* Coordinate and conduct training sessions for new franchise partners, covering operational processes, tutoring methodologies, and business strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as a primary point of contact for all onboarding-related inquiries.
Requirements:
• Experience in administration work, franchise or business coaching
• Willingness to travel across Australia to multiple sites
• University students studying Business, Management, or related degree welcome.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
