ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
In collaboration with the broader team, the Human Resources Advisor is responsible for the delivery of professional human resource advice and support to the organisation in the following areas:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Training and organisational development
- Data analytics and reporting
- Employee performance management
- Policy and procedure development and review
- Delivery of key HR project initiatives aligned to business objectives
- Coordination of HR programs
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and at least three years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated and contemporary Human Resource experience with the ability to provide sound and practical guidance to managers and employees.
- Proven ability to interpret Enterprise Agreements and Fair Work legislation.
- Experience developing and implementing modern HR policies and procedures.
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach, with strong relationship-building skills.
- A demonstrated proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach with the ability to negotiate effective outcomes with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and effectively work in a team environment. With the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated capability in use of technology to improve HR Services and high-level proficiency in the use of computerised systems, especially HRIS/HRMS/ and LMS systems.
- Highly developed communication skills including the ability to convey and impart information in an easy-to-understand format including verbal, written, and delivering training.
- Demonstrated experience supporting cultural change and championing organisational values.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data and prepare reports tailored to diverse audiences.
