Key Responsibilities:


Project Manager

* Lead and promote a Zero Harm safety culture; identify and address safety risks, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with policies.
* Oversee multiple O&M projects, including client negotiations, financials, and deliverables; ensure compliance with company standards.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, support business growth and project success.
* Lead, mentor, and develop project teams and subcontractors; manage project plans and monitor performance to meet key deliverables.


Site Manager

1. Promote a Zero Harm safety culture, ensure adherence to safety requirements, oversee technicians and contractors for WHSE standards and performance KPIs, and maintain accurate documentation with timely incident reporting.
2. Interface with clients, provide progress reports and required documentation, identify, negotiate, and manage local subcontractors and site consumables per commercial contracts.
