As we continue to secure projects across NSW and QLD, Alfabs is entering an exciting growth phase. We are seeking experienced Full-Time Field Service Technicians to join our Kurri Kurri team. To be successful in this position, you should possess the following:
* Strong commitment to safety
* Field Service Trades Mechanical and Electrical – Coal Cutting/Face Machinery
* 4 on 3 off rostering with Overtime in the Hunter Region
* Possibility of Weekend Roster
* Face Machinery Experience required
* Relevant trade qualifications
* Current driver's license
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Coal Board medical
* Exceptional work ethic
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet company goals
* Understanding of drawings and project scope of works
Other desirable skills and experience:
* Coal Board Medical
* Forklift license
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct pre-start checks on equipment
* Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment
* Repair diesel equipment such as LHDs and Drift Runners
* Adhere to company policies and procedures
