THE OPPORTUNITY
The Membership CRM Manager is accountable for providing a seamless and innovative digital experience for both internal and external stakeholders through the CRM and CMS platforms. The role is also responsible for analysing and reporting on valuable data insights that contribute to the retention and acquisition of Club Members.
Conduct detailed analysis of data, providing insights to assist in the retention of existing Members, the acquisition of prospective Members and the winning back of lapsed Members
Develop CRM and CMS digital strategies, focused on enhancing the Member and customer experience
Drive the adoption of CRM and CMS platforms across the organisation to ensure an aligned and consistent view of customer and engagement
Manage the ongoing development of functional specifications through discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, and training
Proactively identify current CRM developments, trends and opportunities for innovation
Assist Membership team on non-raceday events and racedays as required
Produce regular reports including management Board reports, customer reports, sales reports, demographic reports, as well as providing distribution and mailing lists
Own and maintain all CRM data, ensuring a high standard of data integrity
Manage relationships internally to support data driven communication via the EDM platform
THE RIGHT FIT
To be successful in this role, the right fit will possess:
Strong understanding of client relationship management principles
Understanding of how to implement, run and monitor a CRM system
Specific experience in MS Dynamics will be advantageous
Ability to critically analyse data – being able to tell the story behind the figures
Technically savvy with strong skills in segmenting data, generating reports and producing distribution lists.
Knowledge and understanding of the role of Memberships within a "Club" environment
Understanding of Government policy, direction, regulation and objectives in relation to racing.
Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
Data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving
