As a Community Care Assistant, you will work closely with our elderly clients in their homes or other settings, providing essential personal care services, meal assistance, and social activities.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assisting with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, and grooming residents
* Providing meal support and toileting assistance
* Setting tables and meals for residents
* Participating in social activities and building meaningful relationships with clients and staff
You will also be required to complete accurate documentation, adhere to established policies and procedures, and attend relevant training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
We provide flexible scheduling options available Monday to Friday between 7am and 10pm. No prior experience is necessary, and comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
