We are looking for a customer service professional who is willing to learn new skills, to join our team in Dandenong.
We have full on-the-job training and great online resources ready to prepare you for your role with us, just bring your smile, positive attitude and prior customer service & administration experience with you.
✨ Permanent Full-Time Opportunity available working an average of 50 hours per fortnight: This on-site opportunity is primarily located in our Dandenong clinic.
The successful candidate will have full availability to be rostered:
Tuesday 9am- 7pm
Wednesday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturdays 8.30am – 12.30pm (minimum once per fortnight)
The flexibility to increase hours to cover leave requirements will also be required.
The ability to attend our other Victorian clinics on an ad hoc basis would also be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Operational Administration & Clinic Duties: Processing payments, managing patient data in our CRM and related systems, and reconciling daily takings. You will maintain accurate records for all transactions, prescriptions, and patient documentation, ensure compliance with financial and administrative procedures, and handle reception duties, appointment scheduling, and general office tasks. You'll also manage stock, process orders, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
