About the role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in:
* Ensuring compliance with all employment laws, workplace regulations, and HR best practice.
* Partnering with team leaders to help structure their teams for success.
* Guiding leaders to build self-sufficient, high-performing, and engaged teams.
* Designing and delivering a skills matrix to identify capability gaps and upskilling opportunities.
* Supporting professional development initiatives to strengthen our existing team's capabilities.
About you
* Proven HR management or talent development experience, ideally in a similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and compliance.
* Ability to coach, influence, and develop leaders at all levels.
* A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
