Most marketing jobs are about optimising someone else's playbook. Tweaking CTAs. A/B testing button colours. Reporting up through three layers of approval.

This isn't that.

We're building voice AI agents that onboard and activate software users over video calls, like a real customer success manager.

Now we need someone to define what marketing looks like for a product category that didn't even exist six months ago.

No templates. No inherited strategy. No "this is how we've always done it."

Just you, a product people genuinely love, and the freedom to make bold moves.

What we do at Cor (and why)

Software teams spend months building features that most users never touch. And with AI-powered coding, products ship faster than ever, but adoption isn't keeping up. When software is abundant, adoption becomes the real bottleneck.

That's why we built Obi.

Obi is a voice AI agent that acts like an always-on product expert. It understands your software inside and out, and can jump on a call 24/7 to guide users through complex workflows with full on-screen awareness.

It's like having a top product specialist available for every user, whenever they need help.

Customers around the world are already using Obi to close the adoption gap, shorten time-to-value, and boost activation every day.

What you'll do (and why)

* Own social and build in public - we're not hiding behind the curtain. We want to show the world what it looks like to build a startup in a fast-emerging space. You'll own our presence on LinkedIn, X, and niche B2B communities. You'll collaborate with creators and influencers, and make Cor the name people think of when they hear "AI for product activation and adoption."
* Create content that ranks and resonates - our product velocity is rapid. That means frequent launches, exciting demo opportunities, and unique SEO/AEO strategies powered by some of the most exciting tools and partnerships in the market. We're creating a new category. You'll get to experiment, take risks, and make noise in ways traditional SaaS marketers can't.
* Performance marketing - we have internal expertise here, but if you get excited about paid acquisition and want to own it, it's yours to run. The thread through all of this is simple: you'll build a brand people talk about in a category that barely exists.

What we're looking for

* Hands-on experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns in at least one of the areas outlined above. Startup experience is a plus.
* A doer who moves fast, makes decisions, and doesn't wait for permission.
* Someone who thrives in ambiguity and would rather build something new than optimize something old.
* Strong taste: you know what "good" looks like, but you're not precious about getting there.

* You\'ll have real ownership - you're not "supporting the marketing function." You are the marketing function. Build it however you want.
* The product sells itself - voice AI that actually solves a painful problem (closing the adoption gap) is rare. You won't be polishing a turd. You'll be amplifying something people genuinely want.
* Market salary with big upside opportunity - You're joining as one of the first 10 employees. The ESOP package reflects that. If Cor wins, you win big.
* No bureaucracy - No approval chains. No "let me check with my manager." You'll work directly with the CEO and Head of Growth. If you have an idea, you ship it.
