We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, and hardworking Assistant Stock Controller to be part our Volvo Cars Doncaster team.
The Assistant Stock Controller role is an integral & critical role in our dealership with responsibility for the productive organisation & management of vehicle stock ensuring the smooth & timely delivery of Customer vehicles.
About The Role:
Stock management & administration
Sourcing & co-ordination of inter-dealer stock swaps
Co-ordination of Vehicle logistics & transportation
Preparation and processing forward order entry
Liaise with vehicle manufacturers & prepare Pre-Delivery repair orders
Relationship building between manufacturers and various other dealership branches
Vehicle costing - new and used vehicles
Licensing vehicles
About You:
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail
Conscientious and diligent, taking full ownership for tasks & duties.
Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacy,
Flexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
