Key Requirements
* AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential
* Ability to work collaboratively and delegate effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
