Cluster Commercial Manager Role
The Cluster Commercial Manager will drive business development activities for hotels, working closely with the Commercial Director. This role will assist in planning and executing commercial strategies through effective collaboration with revenue management, sales, catering, events, marketing, e-commerce, and public relations teams.
This position requires exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive commercial strategies covering all segments and channels, maximizing total revenue and profit performance, as well as market share penetration of the hotel.
* Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profit performance.
* Support revenue management to establish optimal pricing strategies and review forecasts.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, owners, hotel teams, and CDT teams.
* Provide accurate reports on sales leads and revenue.
* Assist in developing hotel budgets and work plans.
* Produce annual revenue plans and S&M budgets.
* Develop key account management to increase market power and match customer buying behavior.
* Identify key retention and acquisition accounts and actively seek new sources of business.
* Develop travel manager/booker programs and promote business for other hotels.
* Meet room night/C&C revenue targets.
This role requires an innovative self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, able to work under pressure and spot talent within the team for future increased responsibility.
