Based in Central West NSW, they specialise in tax, accounting, and bookkeeping services tailored for farming families and small businesses across NSW.
Role: As a Client Services Manager, you’ll partner with clients to make the most of their business — helping them identify opportunities, strengthen performance, and turn their vision into practical outcomes. You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and work with a team of Accountants.
- Your role goes beyond compliance; you will play a key role working collaboratively with clients to create actionable strategies that drive sustainable success.
- Manage your own client portfolio, providing exceptional client service and high-quality accounting and commercial advice.
- Build strong, ongoing client relationships through proactive communication.
- Review financial statements, tax returns and other financial reports to ensure compliance.
- Oversee workflow and budgets, ensuring jobs are delivered on time and profitably.
- Support, mentor, and develop a team of accountants.
- Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements: You’re an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working closely and collaborating with clients. You balance technical expertise with an easy-going, people-focused approach.
- Experience in public practice accounting.
- Great communication skills and commercial acumen.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
