As a Commercial Solutions Executive, you'll be a critical part of the commercial engine room, supporting the delivery of high-quality proposals and ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.
You'll work closely with Partnerships Managers across VIC and QLD to respond to briefs, build campaign components and coordinate delivery across internal teams.
Role Responsibilities
* Support the development of responses to agency and client briefs
* Compile audience insights, data outputs and site recommendations
* Prepare presentations, templates and supporting materials
* Contribute to building clear, well-structured campaign responses
* Pull and prepare pre- and post-campaign reports and summaries
* Coordinate campaign setup and delivery across internal teams
* Manage schedules, tracking and campaign documentation
* Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard
* Manage the flow of creative assets between clients, agencies and internal teams
* Track approvals and ensure deadlines are met
* Support the delivery of content-led campaigns
* Support Partnerships Managers with proposals, reporting and campaign updates
* Assist with ad hoc requests, planning and pipeline support
* Maintain accurate data across CRM and internal systems
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Experience
* 2–4 years' experience in media, advertising, sales support or commercial operations
* Experience supporting proposals, campaigns or client responses
* Exposure to media data or reporting tools (preferred)
Skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to interpret briefs and contribute relevant inputs to responses
* Confident working with data, reporting and PowerPoint
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with Canva (or similar tools)
