This innovative residential developer of luxury lifestyle projects is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator/Executive to work closely with external agents.
The role involves all aspects of sales and marketing from inputting into overall strategy, implementing tactical and strategic initiatives, liaising with external sales and creative agencies, creating and coordinating EDMs, Social Media content and all collateral, digital marketing and dealing with channels and other third parties. Nurturing the client relationship from deposit to settlement is also key to success.
The role will see you working closely with the project teams to help ensure lead generation is appropriate and sufficient, the sales team is adequately supported and the customer database is effectively utilised and leveraged.
Ideally the successful applicant will show prior experience in sales and marketing within the property industry either with a developer, builder or agent. Attention to detail, proactive drive and energy and strong communication skills are all essential as is a commitment to providing a superior customer experience within a small team.
