We now have a great opportunity for an **Asset Manager** to join the Supply Chain Operations team in NSW. In this role you will support our Clyde and Parramatta Terminals in Western Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to be proactively involved in shaping the future of our terminals and delivering supply chain operational excellence.
This role manages the forward planning and operational implementation of the site's asset management strategy program based on risk, compliance management, inspection & maintenance regimes. You will provide asset analysis through close collaboration with our maintenance & operations and, project teams across Supply, Commercial, New Energies and Engineering.
The role principally supports Clyde and Parramatta Terminals however may on occasion also be required to provide support to other facilities in Sydney.
- Support the Terminal Operations Manager through the development and execution of multi-year asset management strategies across existing and proposed assets.
- Work with stakeholders in New Energies, Supply and Commercial to scope and assess options for new projects.
- Drive a systematic, detailed approach to operational management of site assets, monitoring performance against safety and operational objectives in accordance with our systems and processes.
- For approved projects, work closely with Engineering to ensure appropriate operational input during each project stage. Actively participate in updates to operational SSD documentation (HAZOP, FSS, FHA and SMS/Safety Case) and prepare project Operations Readiness Plans.
- Be the focal point for operational Project Acceptance or Management of Change closeouts, as applicable.
- Stay current with regulations, industry standards, and technology and industry developments.
**Qualifications**:
The ability of effective communication and coordination skills and have demonstrated experience working within a heavy production or manufacturing environment.
- You can demonstrate commitment to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) and the desire to contribute to a team focussed on continuous improvement.
- You will be experienced in asset management, fuel terminal operations, and/or capital program delivery.
- You will have the confidence and capacity to align business and stakeholder priorities and provide clarity and vision for the broader team.
- Possess excellent stakeholder management skills (both internal and external) and are able to manage complex and strategically important relationships.
- Able to work autonomously and effectively prioritise and manage your time to meet your commitments and hold yourself accountable for the outcomes.
