Campus Office Administrator Position

Key Responsibilities:
* Front desk reception and secretarial duties involve interacting with students, staff, and parents to provide administrative support services.
* Administrative support for teachers and support staff includes tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
* Teacher relief support involves providing resources for covering classes and assisting with lesson planning.
* Attending to parent and student enquiries requires effective communication skills and attention to detail.
* Managing student absentee procedures involves monitoring attendance records and implementing policies to minimize absences.
* Administration of campus request forms involves processing and managing requests from students, staff, and parents.
* Monitoring and balancing petty cash and accounts payable involves ensuring accurate financial records and managing budgets effectively.
* Coordinating appointments and meetings involves scheduling events and managing calendars.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in school administration or customer support/administration roles with data entry experience is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills are required.
