Council’s Technology and Corporate Services team is committed to delivering high-quality, professional service to our community, stakeholders, and internal teams. Based within our Corporate Planning and Information team, you will gain practical, on-the-job experience in a supportive and professional environment.We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated person interested in undertaking a 12-month traineeship in Business Administration.The role will support the Technology and Corporate Services business unit by developing skills in administration and customer service, including responding to enquiries, coordinating communication activities, managing documents and data, and assisting with project tracking.If you're ready to start your career in business administration and contribute to Council’s service excellence, we encourage you to apply.This opportunity is open to both school leavers and mature applicants who are eligible for admission to the Certificate III in Business Administration and do not already hold a Certificate III qualification or higher.The traineeship is anticipated to start in July 2025, covering practical and theoretical requirements supported by Council and TAFE.Council's Cadet, Apprentice and Trainee (CAT) Program aims to build Council's skilled workforce by creating job opportunities and developing future leaders through employment and professional development aligned with external tertiary study.
