About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the servicing of the Hotel's rooms, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards. With a strong focus on cleanliness, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and healthy environment where our guests can enjoy the very best in service and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Service and inspect rooms, replenishing supplies and maintaining guest comfort
* Manage daily schedules, attendance, and leave to support efficiency and productivity
* Communicate closely with Reception regarding room status and guest requirements
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S standards
* Assist other departments and step in for the Executive Housekeeper when required
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles within hospitality
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
* Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
* Excellent communication and guest service skills
* Knowledge of WH&S and hotel operational procedures
* Professional grooming, presentation, and a positive, adaptable attitude
