Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for potential clients in the Erindale area to grow the client base.
- Attend training sessions focused on enhancing real estate knowledge and skills specific to the local market.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until appointments are successfully arranged with a listing or buyer's agent.
- Communicate with homebuyers through consistent phone calls and emails to establish relationships and ensure brand visibility.
- Compile monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards meeting company goals.
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads in the Erindale region and convert them into new clients effectively.
- Utilize the CRM system diligently to update customer information for agents in the area.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients in Erindale efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- No prior real estate experience is required—just a drive to succeed
- Previous experience in sales is a mandatory requirement for candidates interested in this role.

Compensation:
$85,000 - $167,500 yearly
