For Senior Sales Consultant, Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional commercial leasing and sales outcomes for a leading property group. A permanent full-time role within a dynamic and supportive commercial real estate team based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
* Requires: Minimum 2+ years commercial real estate experience in sales and/or leasing, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Salary guide: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum.
* Location: northern suburbs of Melbourne.
Your normal day will involve:
* Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including tenant liaison, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
* Leading leasing campaigns from marketing through to deal closure including preparing brochures, qualifying prospects, conducting site inspections and negotiating lease terms.
* Supporting commercial sales activity by preparing sale proposals, coordinating campaigns and liaising with vendors and buyers.
* Proactively seeking new leasing and management opportunities to drive business growth.
* Maintaining accurate client records to ensure compliance with leasing and sales regulations.
