About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to help us grow in South Australia. With over 15 years serving the Australian education sector, we have established strong relationships with K-12 schools.
Your core mission is to understand school challenges and communicate how our solutions can assist teachers, administrators, and school leaders focus on key initiatives - enabling schools to enhance parent engagement, reduce administrative tasks, and dedicate more time to delivering quality learning experiences.
* Identify new business opportunities from incoming leads and targeted outbound lead generation strategies
* Analyze, refine, and contribute to our lead generation process
* Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing teams to develop a regional sales strategy and execution plan
* Be responsible for achieving quarterly targets for qualified leads, product demonstrations, and customer acquisition
* Stay up-to-date on our products and participate in regular training & informational sessions
* Support and attend local and national industry events
* Work with the onboarding and training team to ensure a seamless customer experience on our platform
* Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities in your territories, documenting, tracking, and following up as necessary
You will deliver engaging product presentations (in person and virtually), work closely with various stakeholders across schools while partnering internally with our customer success team to ensure the best possible school experience for our prospective customers.
