Are you looking for a leadership role that will challenge you to excel in your skills and character? We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager at our Tweed City store.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail leadership or assistant management, with a proven track record of driving sales targets and KPIs. You will be responsible for overseeing the induction of new team members, coaching the store's team to meet and exceed targets, and helping to support customer query escalations.

You will also act as the right-hand person to the Store Manager, stepping up to manage the store when needed, and execute business initiatives to meet financial and customer key metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading from the front, motivating the team, and fostering an awesome store culture.

As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will be required to have excellent communication skills, be able to energise and drive a retail team, and have the ability to resolve customer issues creatively.

* You must have previous experience in a retail leadership/assistant management role
* Be able to drive a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs with demonstrated success
* Lead from the front and influence/build rapport with a diverse and varied team
* Be able to resolve customer issues creatively
* Excellent communicator who can help support the Store Manager in taking team members through change
