We manage outcome‐driven projects that deliver social, economic and environmental value, including programs of critical national importance in defence, transport, water, clean energy, environmental clean‐up, international development and disaster recovery.
We are seeking expressions of interest for the following roles to join our Program Management Business in Brisbane:
* Responsible for monitoring project activities and compliance with safety and security protocols to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
* Overseeing the commissioning process and ensuring a smooth handover of projects to clients, while coordinating cross‐functional teams and managing timelines.
* Quality & Verification Advisor
o Providing expert guidance on quality assurance processes, ensuring all project deliverables meet established standards and conducting regular audits and reviews.
* Quality & Completions Admin
o Managing documentation related to quality control and project completions, ensuring that all records are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* WHS Manager
o Leading workplace health and safety initiatives, developing policies and programs to promote a safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Supporting the WHS Manager in implementing safety protocols and conducting training sessions to enhance safety awareness and compliance among staff.
How you'll make a difference
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of working on major projects in an engineering consultancy firm. Your experience in navigating complex environments and delivering high‐quality results will be essential in contributing to our continued success in the region.
