Role Overview
As a Retail and Museum Support Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service in our retail shop and assist with various tasks related to the museum.
* Support sales and merchandising efforts by maintaining a clean and organized retail/museum area.
* Process transactions accurately using a Point-of-Sale system.
* Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and pricing merchandise.
* Monitor exhibit areas in the museum to ensure safety and security of artifacts/displays.
* Basic computer skills.
* Willingness to undergo training.
