This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Financial Accountant professional to step into a role with clear career progression, with a view to moving into a Finance Manager position as the business continues to expand. About the Role Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you'll be responsible for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, supporting a busy and fast paced team. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the end-to-end account's function, liaise with suppliers and customers, and play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations. Month-End & Reporting: Full ownership of the month-end close process Preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and commentary Balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis Budgeting & Forecasting: Development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts Tracking of actual vs budget performance, providing actionable insights to management Partnering with operations to align financial targets with business strategy Manufacturing Accounting: Standard costing, cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis, and margin reporting Stock and inventory control, variance investigation and reconciliation Analysis of production costs and operational efficiency Compliance & Audit: Preparation of statutory financial statements and tax compliance Liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits Adherence to accounting standards and internal control frameworks Business Partnering: Acting as a finance business partner to operations and senior leadership Providing insights to support commercial decision-making Building financial models to assess new opportunities and improve performance About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring: CPA or CA qualification (essential) Strong background in manufacturing industry accounting Proven experience in full function EOM, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Sound knowledge of costing, inventory management, and manufacturing processes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluency in Vietnamese, Cantonese or Mandarin will be highly regarded By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
