Administration Officer - Part time, 3 days per week.

NextGen Skills are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team, you will play a key role in the Apprentice Employment Administration team.

About Us:

NextGen Skills are a not-for-profit organisation, focusing on providing education, training and employment solutions, with a particular emphasis on apprenitceships and Traineeships.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

* Provide administration assistance to support the Apprentice employment cycle
* Manage apprentice records, contracts and relevant documentation.
* Liaise with host employers, training organisations and members of the public to answer general enquiries.
* Co-ordinate the onboarding and induction of new apprentices
* Support the team with general administrative duties

What we are looking for:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive and professional attitude and solutions focussed mindset
* High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS Office suite and database management
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Working knowledge of a people management system highly regarded
* Minimum 2 years working in an administrative role (working within apprenticeships, training or education would be highly regarded).
