Nurtured Education and Care, a family-owned early childhood service, is seeking an experienced leader to collaborate with the Owner/Director. This role offers expert support, training, and collaboration.

The Role
This leadership position involves working closely with the Owner/Director, influencing educators, and supporting daily management. As part of the leadership team, you will contribute to driving continual improvement within the service.
Cultivate strong relationships with children, families, and educators to integrate fully into our community. You will be mentored by a Director and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Ensure excellent communication and operational services delivery to children, families, and staff.
* Manage the efficient running of the service, including enrolments, compliances, and staffing.
* Lead and develop the team to deliver high-quality planning, curriculum, and outcomes for each child.
* Provide engaging learning environments that allow children to think critically and direct their own learning.
* Maintain a high level of health and safety standards at all times.
* Establish and nurture respectful relationships with children, families, and staff.
* Work with the Owner/Director to ensure the service meets all relevant legislation, sector guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education/equivalent approved ACECQA qualification.
* At least 2 years' experience in a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager/2IC role.
* Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, National Law & Regulations.
* Exceptional knowledge and experience in leading a team of professional staff.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience using Child Care Software and the Child Care Subsidy System.
* Current First Aid Certificate and Working With Children Check.
