You will be required to provide expert agricultural machinery dealership advice on associated technical requirements of surveying, mapping, and spatial information systems, manage and allocate daily tasks to a your team (currently 4), work well within a team and make a positive contribution, have the ability to communicate effectively and provide a top quality customer service approach.
**About The Role**:
- Manage and allocate daily tasks to precision farming personnel (currently 4 staff)
- Manage, mentor and train employees and trainees
- Plan, manage and control the delivery of GPS system solutions and technologies
- Manage one of our locations team providing Precision Farming Sales - Includes Customer relationships, Sales, Support Including Precision Farming fit-ups
- Provide expert agricultural machinery advice on associated technical requirements of surveying, mapping, and spatial information systems
- Responsible for survey data management activities, including calculations, validation, verification and manipulation of information
- Manage Precision Farming parts stock
- Manage one of our locations customer base with Sales, Service & Support
- Assisting the Sales Team with client queries and training of new products
**About You**:
- Have a Trade certificate in either auto electrical, mechanical or agriculture/plant mechanic
- Hold a current Drivers licence
- Have supervisory/leadership experience
- Have experience in GPS systems installation and diagnostics
- Be a good communicator with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess a genuine interest with a desire to learn;
- Enjoy working in a team

**Benefits include**:
- Salary $80,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)
