This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a busy, operational workplace and wants to see the direct impact of their work on-site.
Responsibilities
* Manage full-function accounts payable and receivable.
* Lead procurement activities for civil construction and building projects.
* Oversee financial tracking for plant hire and material transport logistics.
* Provide "boots on the ground" operational accounting support to project managers.
* Ensure cost-coding accuracy across complex, multi-stream projects.
About You
* You are a proactive professional who understands that construction accounting happens in the field, not just in a spreadsheet.
* Industry Expertise: Strong background in Civil, Building, Plant Hire, or Transport sectors.
* Hands-on Approach: You enjoy the operational side of accounting and procurement.
* Technical Skill: High proficiency in construction-specific ERP or accounting software.
* Local Intent: A genuine desire to relocate to the South Coast for the long term.

* Base Salary: $95,000 + Super.
* Relocation Support: 6 weeks of rent covered to get you started.
