Role and Responsibilities
Provide high-quality EAP counselling and crisis response services in our Canberra Office. We currently have part time or full-time vacancies.
Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
Offer solution-focused interventions and support.
Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
We also have vacancies to provide Critical Incident response support as a hybrid role:
Provide Rapid Response Services, including critical incidents, disaster response, and organizational change support.
Deliver one-on-one trauma support and group sessions using Psychological First Aid (PFA) and other trauma-specific interventions.
Inform organizations of themes, recommendations, and process improvements
Please note we also have contractor opportunities available in the area.
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate qualified body.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health.
Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
Current driver's license and own vehicle.
