About the Role
This is a pivotal role in ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and learner engagement. As the Learning & Systems Lead you will be responsible for –
* Leading compliance operations across RTO, TEO and Ventia Training ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards
* Drive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments and methodologies, and system reporting
* Manage digital learning systems including LMS and client portals ensuring accuracy and optimisation
* Governance activities
* Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions
Required Skills and Experience
* Strong auditing, compliance and quality control of training programs
* Expertise in learning management systems
* Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills
* Relevant qualifications in business admin, training or audit
