Job Title
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and stakeholder engagement to offer across a variety of technical and non-technical roles on a construction project.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers across multiple projects and disciplines to forecast and fulfill workforce needs
* Manage 360 recruitment for white-collar construction roles (engineering, project management, commercial, HSE, planning, etc.)
* Proactively source top talent and build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future project requirements
* E nsure compliance with internal policies and industry best practice
Requirements
* Proven experience in 360 recruitment ideally within construction or engineering
* Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills
* Familiarity with large-scale project delivery
* A proactive results-driven approach
