Gold Coast Heart Centre is a well-established, multi-location cardiology practice dedicated to delivering high-quality cardiac care to the Gold Coast and Northern NSW community.
Our team includes nine Cardiologists, Cardiac Sonographers, ECG Technicians, and a committed administration team working collaboratively across multiple sites. Our primary location is Gold Coast Private Hospital, Southport, with additional consulting rooms at Pindara Specialist Suites, Benowa, and John Flynn Medical Centre, Tugun.
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing practice.
This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our three practice locations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in operational management, team leadership, and strategic growth initiatives, including marketing and business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations across all practice locations
* Lead, support, and develop a large multidisciplinary team
* Foster a positive workplace culture through strong communication and leadership
* Manage human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development
* Audit financial transactions and oversee administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Monitor and improve staff productivity and operational efficiency across all sites
* Develop and implement business and marketing strategies to support growth
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
About You
* Proven experience in a Practice Manager role within the healthcare industry
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple sites
* Demonstrated experience in staff support, human resources, and performance management
* Experience overseeing administrative systems, including scheduling and workflow optimisation
* High attention to detail, particularly in auditing and process management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams
* A hands-on, proactive approach with strong organisational abilities
