We are seeking a Logistics Manager, ANZ to join our dynamic team based at our North Sydney Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee physical logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
* Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics and value-added services (VAS) solutions.
* Oversee logistics operations, including supply chain coordination and inventory management, while ensuring the reliability, optimization, and maintenance of systems critical to operational efficiency.
* Develop and implement logistics and VAS strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive master data strategy to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the organization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data governance policies and continuously improve logistics operations.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, particularly with 3PL relationships.
* Proven experience in master data management and governance.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders.
